THERION is a real atypical band. At the beginning, the Swedish guys were “extreme” and played death metal, then, with time, Christofer Johnsson’s combo changed and started to play epic, grandiloquent, symphonic metal. No more death metal vocals, now let’s do some opera and lyricism, let the divas, Valkyrie sing for the band! THERION is the master of symphonic metal, a real war machine composed of several vocalists, a cult band which has created a new genre! Don’t miss them if you need your dose of lyricism in this brutal world!
