Mondrian Oak were formed in fall 2007. They were born to create evocative, psychedelic, deep music, where atmosphere prevails.
They released their debut album, entitled “Through Early Seed”, on 21st September 2009 through belgian label Consouling Sounds (Nadja, Methadrone, Last Minute To Jaffna, Vanessa Van Basten), and received positive feedback from both national and international press, allowing the band to play several gigs in Italy, sharing the stage with bands such as Celeste, Talbot, Gary Suicidal Kids Commando, PC Translate, Lento, Zippo, The Orange Man Theory, Viscera, Gerda, Stoner Kebab, Vortice Cremisi, Last Minute to Jaffna and many others.
In 2011 they entered Red House Studio to record their second album titled “Aeon”, described as a new aural concept, a hermetic, dark and heavy journey through sound, soul and cosmos, with no room for human voices.
